С 15 по 22 октября 2013 года во Львове пройдёт международный молодёжный обменный проект. Проект организуется в рамках программы "Молодёжь в действии". В проекте участвует молодёжь из Украины, Белоруссии, Латвии и Литвы. Во время проекта молодёжь будет исследовать и развивать навыки предпринимательства и предпринимательской деятельности по преодолению гендерных стереотипов и планирования успешной профессиональной карьеры.

Друзья! В этот вторник я рассказала о нашем проекте своим однокурсникам в Резекненской высшей школе. Показала фотографии и видео. Многие впервые услышали про возможность участвовать в подобных мероприятиях и активностях. Поэтому призываю всех: делитесь тем, чему вы научились и что знаете, возможно кому-то эта информация очень даже пригодится!

Мнение латвийского общества по разделению профессий на мужские и женские

Добрый день всем нашим заграничным друзьям! Проект, к сожалению, уже подошёл к концу, все участники вернулись домой... Возможно (даже не возможно, а точно) кого-то уже мучает ностальгия. Ребята, мы должны увидеться ещё хотя бы разок!

По приезду домой я решила подробнее изучить ситуацию в нашей стране по отношению людей к разным профессиям. Из официальных данных Министерства благосостояния Латвии можно понять, что и у нас распространены стереотипы, что женщина не может быть шофёром автобуса, а мужчина и воспитатель в детском саду вещи не совместимые. Сегодня у нас очень важный дент. Во-первых у нс была встреча с женщиной предпринимателем. а во вторых мы сыграли в очень интересную игру . которая развивает деловую активность, бизнес-навыки, навыки промоции собственной продукции, умение чувствовать рынок и.д. Вот описание игры и инструкция об ней.
Stimulation game “Production of ducks”
   This game is a kind of “stimulation” of a business activity in a labour market of any country all over the world. Young people taking part in this game have an opportunity to work in a team playing a certain “professional role”, improving their skills in effective use of working hours and planning of activity, as well as an opportunity to gain some practical experience in understanding demand and supply, competition, marketing elements etc.
  The participants are divided into competing enterprises (each consists of 4-6 persons) and specially chosen assistants (bank, wholesale paper base, duck shopping unit and so on).
  Teams can be created and functions can be chosen by chance, however, you can also use a team’s knowledge separating typical leaders and gathering them into one team and observe if they can deal with each other, obey and collaborate.
The game consists of:
·         Directions for conducting the game,
·         guidelines for teams representing business,
·         scheme of “ducks” using Origami art,
·         financial documentation,
·         printed translations,
·         simulated  money
Educative importance of the game:
·         acquaintance with the basic terminology in the sphere of business,
·         acquaintance with mechanisms and operations used in free market economy (manufacturing process management (supply, production, and merchandising of goods)
·         comprehension of essence of marketing,
·         development of skills in team-working, differentiation of labour, occurrence of a leader, art of negotiations, ability to react quickly to changing conditions and ability to work under pressure, skills in training time management,
·         guidelines for teams
·         forms for financial documentation of “companies”
·         sample of a “duck”
·         currency “1 Duck” and so on, each team is given  100 Ducks to start their activity
·         colored paper
·         stationery
Game scenario
А. Preparation
The game can include several teams of participants. Depending on number of “companies”, we place tables to ensure free movement through the room for “buyers of goods”.
The following assistants are needed to play the roles:
·         Paper seller,
·         Banker,
·         Buyers
Instructor should talk to the assistants and tell them that they should use various life situations during the game to make it interesting.
В. Conduction
Instructor createscompaniesby chance. Each “company” is given a set of materials and chooses an own name which will be used during the game. The leader tells the main conditions of the game:
·         Company starts its activity on Monday and closes on Friday;
·         Duration of a company’s every workday is 10 minutes
·         “Company” takes a rest between workdays for 5 minutes
·         A “company” which gains the biggest profit wins the game )))
In the end of each day, a check of the following indices is to be carried out:
-  workplace rent ( 10 Ducks),
 - overhead charges,
- personnel’s wage (not less than 5 Ducks per day),
 - if failed to make main payments, a fine is imposed not less than 10 Ducks.

Сегодня мы посетили Львов. и показали местным житеялм флеш-моб, где старались преодолеть гендерные стереотипы.
Потом мы объединились в команды и провели фотоориентирование по Львову.
 Кратко о том, что такое флешмоб.
What is flash mob???
The direct translation of this word is “suddenly occurring mob”. Indeed such a mob suddenly gathers in a public place and distinguishes among mundane mass with its mysterious occurrence, doing meaningless things, but in a way like they have certain sense, and the mob the same suddenly breaks up in a few minutes. It is important to point that a real flash mob  has no political, religious, economic or commercial  concern, does not violate laws and moral standards, do not call or dispose to do something .
So in which way people who do not know each other can agree about carrying such actions?
Indeed, the matter is simple and easy: in our century of information, it isn’t hard to find any special sites on the internet dedicated to flash mob. They are usually divided according to geographical principle, as this is clever, and now every big and small city, where such events take place, has websites of this nature. Everyone there can offer his own scenario for an action or take a part in an active discussion about persons offered by other people.
Then, a scenario is chosen by voting, which is accepted by most potential participants in the event.  Herewith, any information about the expected event must be kept in secrecy, however, if it becomes known to publicity in any way, the agreement existing between participants about carrying the action will become null and void.
So, having agreed via internet or SMS and not revealing any details of this action, the participants gather together at the agreed time and place. As a result, during the “madness” taking place, someone of accidental beholders smiles and becomes happier, someone insistently tries to know the sense of this senseless and ridiculous activity, and others get balled up thinking if the world or they are crazy… 
By the way, ideologists of this movement prefer talking of flash mob as of a “smart mob”. People make a considered collective action without losing their own individuality at the same time. Each participant of this movement finds his own values in such a planned behavior. However, all of those values mean that one can just step out of bounds of prosiness, relax after doing some “nonsense”, release another from his “closed world” at least for a few minutes and release oneself at the same time, meet interesting people, come together and just enjoy all these things happening.

You should keep in mind that you can find some opportunities in your difficult life, which allow you just for a while, after putting off the husk of seriousness, but staying yourselves, to do something unconventional, astonish people and give joy yourselves and people around you!

день4, 18 октября

Сегодня нам предстояла поездка в г.Жидачев Львовской области, где мы в своеобразный образ попробывали себя в разных проффессиях. Мальчики - в "женских- воспитателя", учителя первого класса гимназии им.О.Партицкого, а девочки - поработали в обувной мастерской и в автомастерской.

  После обеда для нас было организовано -мастерские по изготовлению глиняних изделий и куккол-мотанок, оберега украинского народа.

Как отметили участники, что все-таки есть разделение на "мужские " и женские " проффессии. И что, наверное, это и несправедливо, но все-таки женщинам трудно быть автомехаником, ремонтник обуви - это почти уже вымирающая проффесия и тоже тяжелая.

День прошел очень интерсно.
